A conversation is a 24-hour window of messages with one user, on one channel. Inbound or outbound, however many — one conversation. The same model WhatsApp prices on, because it's the only model that doesn't punish you for being good at your job.

What counts as a conversation?
A 24-hour window of messages with one user, on one channel. A customer asks 12 questions over 30 minutes — that is 1 conversation. Same way WhatsApp Business prices it.
Is there a free trial for Growth and Scale?
Yes. 14 days, full access, no credit card required. After 14 days you either upgrade or your account drops back to the free Starter tier — your data stays intact.
What payment methods do you accept?
Globally: credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus invoicing for annual contracts. In Malaysia: also FPX, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer for annual plans.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades pro-rate immediately and you keep all data. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — no penalty, no questions.
Do unused conversations roll over?
No. Quotas reset at the start of each billing period. We do this to keep pricing predictable for everyone — including you, when you forecast.
What happens if I hit my limit?
No surprise bills, ever. The agent replies with your custom over-quota message and we notify you. No work happens until next cycle, or you upgrade. You stay in control of spend.
What if I cancel?
Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period, then drops to free Starter. Data stays intact for 90 days. Export anything you want via API or CSV.
I'm an agency reselling to clients — what's available?
Our Scale plan gives you full white-label and unlimited agents. Agencies running at scale also qualify for our partner program: bulk pricing, co-marketing, and 30% recurring commission.
Are there regional discounts?
We have local pricing for Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand — typically 30–60% lower than USD pricing. Switch your region in account settings.
Will I outgrow this?
Eventually, maybe. The platform is designed to scale from 200 conversations to 25K+ a month. When you outgrow Scale, we have you on Enterprise within a week — with the same product, just configured for compliance, residency, and SLA.
